Sabai-D sausages can be eaten any way you’d like– we’re not here to tell you how to butter your bread. But if you’d like to know the traditional way to eat Sai Oua style sausage, we are more than happy to help out.

The most common pairing of Sai Oua sausages would be sliced, with a side of sticky rice. Hot, fluffy rice acts as a great vehicle to ball up and pop in your mouth with a slice of delicious sausage. This would be the Thai equivalent of eating a sausage in a bun– the classic meat and starch combo.

Additionally, one might pair fresh vegetables, pork rinds, and various dipping sauces with our Sabai-D sausage. For example, Nam Prik Noom is a traditional northern Thai sauce made with green chilis that adds a dimension
of spice and tanginess to the dish.

Whether served as a stand-alone snack or the showcase of a meal, our sausage is always best enjoyed in the company of family and friends. We hope you enjoy!
